The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 14.93% in December 2022 when compared with November 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 6.92% share in the company’s total hiring activity in December 2022, and recorded a 0.03% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops F. Hoffmann-La Roche IT hiring in December 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 58.14% in December 2022, and a 134.38% rise over November 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 13.18% in December 2022, and registered growth of 240%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 11.63% in December 2022, a 400% rise from November 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at F. Hoffmann-La Roche
North America emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in December 2022 with a 40.31% share, which marked a 173.68% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 37.21%, registering a 140% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 20.16% share and an 188.89% rise over November 2022.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 2.33% and a month-on-month flat growth.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 34.11% share in December 2022, a 214.29% growth over November 2022. Spain featured next with an 11.63% share, up 114.29% over the previous month. India recorded a 10.08% share, an increase of 225% compared with November 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead F. Hoffmann-La Roche IT hiring activity in December 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.26%, up by 233.33% from November 2022. Mid Level positions with a 29.46% share, a growth of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 16.28% share, up 133.33% over November 2022.
