It inhibits RET, TRK, DDR and EphRs as well as Met, Axl and VEGFRs (VEGFR 1, 2 3), c-Met, PDGFR and KIT. It was under development for squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck, metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer with bone metastasis, thymoma and squamous non-small cell lung cancer.

The drug candidate was under development for the treatment of endometrial cancer and metastatic urothelial tract cancer (bladder cancer).
