  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze:

  • 1 cup almond flour

Glaze:

Method

Frosted Cookie Donuts:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 2.5” donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine the flours, sweetener, protein, baking power, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, butter, yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until a batter forms.
  5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill each 8 donut cavities with an even amount of batter.
  6. Bake the donuts for 13-15 minutes and baked through.
  7. For the frosting, melt the coconut oil and milk together in the microwave and stir smooth.
  8. Add in the protein powder to make a glaze consistency.
  9. Dip each donut in the glaze and top with chopped cookie pieces.
