MP-0310 is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, anal cancer, cervical cancer, squamous cell cancer of the head and neck, mesothelioma, prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, melanoma, urothelial or bladder cancer, microsatellite tumors and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. The drug candidate is administered through intravenous route. It is a multi-DARPin and a tumor-restricted T-cell co-stimulator. It targets 4-1BB (CD137) protein mainly expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, activated B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells and fibroblast activating protein (FAP) which is expressed in stroma of many tumor cells.
