Dr. Jenn Simmons – the truth about mammograms and the best diet for breast health

“The further you get away from real food, the further your body gets away from health.”
-Jenn Simmons, MD

Dr. Jenn Simmons started her career as Philadelphia’s first Fellowship trained breast surgeon. After spending 17 years in the field, her own illness led her to discover functional medicine. She became enamored with the concept of creating health rather than killing disease and she courageously left traditional medicine and founded Real Health MD with the mission to help women along their breast cancer journey to truly heal.

Dr. Jenn believes that health is much more than the absence of disease. Her focus is to nourish the body with plant-based nutrition and avoid the things that interfere with health. But most importantly, Dr. Jenn knows that healing and health happen at home, not in a doctor’s office or in a hospital.

Dr. Jenn is a on mission to change the impact of breast cancer by empowering millions of women to take control of their health.

In our interview, Dr. Jenn exposes the truth about mammograms and the breast cancer industry and discusses simple strategies that patients can take to reduce their risk of breast cancer and improve their odds of survival after diagnosis.

I’m so thankful for Dr. Jenn Simmons and her work in the field of breast health and cancer prevention. This is an incredibly informative interview. Enjoy!
