The drug candidate is based on altered energy metabolism directed (AEMD) drug platform. It was also under development for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer and solid tumors. It was under development for extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,  and metastatic cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer), relapsed or refractory myelodysplastic syndrome, relapsed or refractory acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) as second line of therapy, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma as first line therapy, metastatic colorectal cancer.
