Abbie Jaye aka “Chef AJ” is a chef, culinary instructor, best-selling author, and professional speaker who has followed a plant-exclusive diet for over 47 years.
In 2003 Chef AJ was an obese “junk-food vegan” with pre-cancerous colon polyps, which required surgical removal.
She discovered the healing power of food and converted to a whole-food plant-based diet and six months later her polyps were gone. And she lost her excess body fat and got down to a healthy body weight.
Chef AJ is the author of three best-selling books, The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss, Own Your Health, and Unprocessed. She is the creator of the Ultimate Weight Loss Program, and she hosts the Chef AJ LIVE! show on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter daily.
