CVS Health has completed an $8 billion acquisition of Signify Health, a technology and services company focused on bringing clinicians into patients’ homes for chronic condition identification. Signify Health, which will continue to be led by Kyle Armbrester, boasts a network of over 10,000 clinicians across all 50 states.
The merger aims to enhance healthcare experiences, lower costs, and boost access to high-quality care, particularly for Medicare Advantage customers, while facilitating more personalized and convenient care delivery.
