APL-101 (CBT-101) is under development for the treatment of c-Met dysregulation advanced solid tumors such as high-grade gliomas, non-small cell lung cancer, gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, gastric cancer,  hepatic cancer, glioblastoma multiforme, pancreatic cancer, glioblastoma multiforme. The therapeutic candidate is administered orally as a capsule. It acts by targeting the c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor).
