Dezapelisib (INCB-40093) is under development for the treatment of B-cell malignancies including chronic lymphocytic leukemia, indolent (or) aggressive B-cell Non- Hodgkin’s lymphoma, hairy cell leukemia, mantle cell lymphoma and Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia. It is a small molecule administered orally. INCB-40093 is a selective inhibitor of the delta isoform of the 110 kDa catalytic subunit of class I phosphoinositide-3 kinases (PI3K). It was also under development for relapsed or refractory B-cell Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
